Songs of Summer

The National

The days are getting longer, the weather’s getting warmer and summer is nearly upon us. We just love this time of year! Time to dig out those shorts, go for a walk in the park, and listen to some new summer tunes to set the mood right. There’s lot of new music coming out over the next couple months, but we’ve got our ears set on a few in particular. Some of them have already released singles, and so far we like what we’ve heard! So without further ado, our most highly anticipated albums of the summer are as follows!

The National – High Violet
Release date: May 10th, 2010
MP3: The National – Bloodbuzz Ohio

Johnny Flynn – Been Listening
Release date: June 7th, 2010
MP3: Johnny Flynn – Kentucky Pill

Stars – Five Ghosts
Release date: June 22nd, 2010
MP3: Stars – Fixed

There’s also a whole slue of tour dates scheduled for each of these bands.

Have you bought your tickets yet?
